Common questions.

How long does restoration take? +

Most orders complete within 1–2 weeks. Rush requests honored when possible — 1–3 day (+$30/image) or next-day (+$50/image), subject to availability.

What file formats do you accept? +

We accept JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, and WebP files. If you're scanning a physical photo, we recommend scanning at 600 DPI for best results.

What if I'm not happy with the result? +

You get up to 3 free revision requests. If we still can't meet your expectations, you can cancel and receive a 50% refund.

Is my photo secure? +

Absolutely. Your photos are stored on private, secure servers and are never shared. Only our artist and you have access to your files.

Can you help me scan my physical photos? +

Reach out through your account and we'll walk you through it.

What if I have more than 10 photos? +

Contact us directly for custom bulk pricing. We love working with families with large archives.
